Normally, the competency of teacher consists of knowledge, attitude, skill and quality. Knowledge represents an understanding of object and external connection, as well as cognitive results accumulated by human beings. And attitude is composed of three elements: internal feeling (recognition, value), emotion (like or dislike), and intention (desire). Skill refers to abilities to perform specific tasks. Quality means the relatively stable combination of psychological quality, educational background and comprehensive competency. The competency development of teacher or trainer is a long terms process.
The weakness of capacity of teacher or trainer undermine the quality of education. Systemic and continuous capacity building plan should be always on the desk of management.
